In supporting Investors, WIBITA starts from a multidisciplinary strategic portfolio analysis, in oder to evaluate and simulate the possible exit strategies. Once we have agreed with the Client how to intervene, WIBITA coordinates the entire process, from the assessment and due diligence until the implementation of the exit strategy and/or the real estate portfolio management.
